We offer a vacation house, especially suitable for families, in the village of Marmari on the island of Euboea (Evia). The house has an open and fantastic view of the sea.

The house is very spacious and equipped as follows:
- very large living room with open kitchen, which is fully equipped

- 1 special room for children in the attic
- 1,5 bathrooms
- A barbecue area for barbecue lovers
- Well-kept garden, two terraces, veranda
- WLAN, air conditioners, two TV sets (it is best to bring your own TV stick, otherwise only Greek TV)

Accessibility:
From Athens airport the house is very easy to reach. From the airport you can reach the city of Rafina in 15 min. From there they take direct ferry to Marmari. The crossing takes about 1 hour 10 minutes. The house is situated about 160 m above the town of Marmari. We recommend a rental car, also on site. We can help to arrange the car. You can also arrive by taxi/ferry at reasonable cost.

The property has unique views of the area. You can see the whole of Marmari from above. For those who like to walk there are walks around the mountain. It is a quiet part the house placed in a fair plot of land and easy parking. The road leading to the property from the main road needs some improvement and drivers ought to take some caution. The house is clear big spaces ideal for families or even a group of friends. If you are elderly or have difficulty walking this property has stairs leading up from the main entrance and that could be challenging but not foreboding as there is an alternative entrance. The morning and evening views on the balcony are definitely the winning hand of this nicely located property. The owner was contactable and very responsive.
