What an incredible stay! We came from Malibu and expectations were high. So happy with our choice- everything from staff, to breakfast, to our cleaning crew, to location and how peaceful it is. Definitely recommending to all our friends!

What a difficult review! What seems like should have been a 10 property had so many issues. We stayed 2 nights. The first night I woke up from some thumping along the wall at the floor. It lasted about 5 minutes. Stopped. Then started again a bit later. We were gone all day and when we went to bed to get woken up multiple times. You could hear gurgling coming through the floor, clanking in the walls, and air in the pipes. In the morning all you could hear was air in the pipes and low water pressure. The rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The room had a Nespresso but no capsules. The refrigerator had 2 sodas 2 beer and one soda water but no bottles of water-no opener. Our friends room had 2 bottles of water and one soda. There was a mix of glassware. At night half of the outdoor lighting around the property did not work. We used our phones to light the path to our room. The outdoor pool with our room was nice but was never cleaned of leaves and debris. Our room had plaster spots around it and on the front door. The property shares dining service with the Radisson Blue. The breakfast was amazing as well as the view from the patio. Clearly some maintenance issues to resolve. We had friends staying in another room in a different part of the property and they had water issues as well.

Güzel bir deneyimdi ve ilk sezondu, odalar bohem ve çok şık, temizlik iyiydi ancak hizmet standart. Kahvaltı çeşitleri güzel, ancak yer sayısı yetersiz ve çok güneş alıyor. Özel plaj çok kaliteli, deniz güzel. Genel anlamda kaliteli bir tatil.

4 gün boyunca burada kaldık. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok nazik ve ilgili, teşekkür ederiz aynı zamanda çok güzel karşılandık. Ancak restaurant çalışanı NECATİ Bey çok agresif ve üslubunda sıkıntı olan bir arkadaş. Hizmet etmekten kaçınıp önümüzdeki servisleri sürekli toplamaya çalışıp hiçbir şekilde isteklere karşılık vermiyor. Eşime kasti çarpıp özür dahi dilemedi. Aynı zamanda yabancı misafirlere de ileri geri konuştuğuna, yanındaki personel arkadaşlara kötü davrandığına bizzat şahit olduk. Tatili uzatma isteğimiz vardı ama sırf bu yüzden başka otele geçmeyi tercih ettik. Restaurant çalışanı da olsa kahvaltı öğünü ızdırap olabilir. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Saygısız bir işletme ve hatalarını telafi etmek adına hiçbir şekilde bir çaba da görmedik özür bile dilemediler

Otel gayet güzel, konumu da çok iyi. Denize yakın, zaten servisle sizi götürüyorlar. Çalışanlar gayet kibar ve nazik. Tek sıkıntı fiyat, bana biraz pahalı geldi. Zaten sadece kahvaltı dahil seçeneği var diğer her şeye ekstra ücret vermeniz gerekli. Yine de çok güzel bir deneyimdi

Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Her istediğimizi yapmaya çalıştılar. Tek eksiği 3 kişilik rezervasyon yapmıştık odadaki malzemeler 2 kişilikti. Söylediğimizde eksiklikler giderildi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir.

Otel genel olarak güzel fakat 5 yıldız yerine 4 yıldız vermemin sebebi housekeeping’in yetersiz oluşu. 4 günlük konaklamamız boyunca el sabunu yenilenmemesi (sanırım tamamen eriyip bitmeden yenilenmiyor) ve baş havlularının kullanılmış olmasına rağmen arayıp istemeden yenisinin gelmeyişi olarak bu yetersizlikler özetlenebilir. Ek olarak otelin anlaşmalı olduğu denize kıyısı olan otelden (Mekvin otel) denize girmek gerçek bir çile. Aşırı fazla merdiven var ve insan inip çıkarken mahvoluyor. 2 gün bu duruma dayanabildik sonrasında başka yer bulduk (ücret ödeyerek tabiki).
