The space
Let your gaze get lost in the endless view of the mountains and the city from the huge (50m2) balcony of this wonderful 40m2 loft. With a modern and bright decoration, this space offers you an unforgettable stay experience, combining comfort and tranquility. The loft is located on the 3rd and top floor of a new building, in a green and quiet neighborhood. Opposite there is a small park with a cafe (Mikel) and a playground, while a super market and a bus stop are just a stone's throw away. The city center is only a 20 minute walk, while the beach hub is 20 meters from the building. You also have easy access to the regional and national road, to explore the surrounding areas (Pieria beaches, Litochoro, ski resort , traditional settlements, hiking on the paths of Olympus). The loft is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It has a super double bed and a corner sofa that becomes a double bed, so you can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It also has a 32'' TV with Netflix, 100mbs wifi, washing machine, kitchen with oven, hood and all the necessary utensils and household appliances. On the balcony there is a large umbrella for shade, a swing (nest), chairs and sunbeds to relax and enjoy the sun and the view. We also provide you with towels, sheets and bed linen. After each reservation, the space is sterilized. Every surface is washed with chlorine. Bed linen - throws are washed at 90 degrees with chlorine borax or the corresponding sterilization agent and the rest of the fabric surfaces (sofa seats) are sterilized with a sterilization spray or steam.

The access to the attic is by stairs and does not yet have an elevator. The loft is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to discover the city and the region, but also enjoy the tranquility and nature. We are at your disposal for any help or information you need. We expect you gladly!

You can access the entire floor in the attic and the surrounding patio area. The entrance is by the stairs (no elevator). The loft is on the 3rd floor. Parking is always available outside the building.
