The room and property were neat and clean. The lobby and dining area are very welcoming. The staff were very friendly. My only disappointments are the fitness room machines were out of order and apparently had been for at least a week and the guest use computer was broken.

First time at Hampton Inn. Very nice amenities. I do feel that $246.00 is excessive for the amenities offered, but the location in proximity to Monument Valley is a plus. I understood it was $185.00 plus tax

The property was what you would expect from a Hampton Inn - comfortable room, decent free breakfast and pool and fitness center on the property. Somehow, two rooms were reserved in my name. I called the day before our stay and was able to cancel one of the two rooms, but when I arrived both rooms had been cancelled. Luckily, they had a room available so we were able to stay AND it was less expensive than the original reservation. I called about items left behind after my stay and the person that took my call was very nice, but I never heard back.

Stayed here for a night. Overall experience was below average given the price ($250/night) Good thing- breakfast was good. Bad things - Room was not available on time. Once we got the room, we found out that toilet was clogged. They were quick to fix it though. Mattresses were not comfortable. A/C was not cooling the room enough.
