Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats a day going to and from the island in the summer months and one boat a day in the winter months. In front of the apartments is a large shaded terrace with a dining area for 8 people and two small seating areas. To the right of the villa there is a "cave", with a large dining/seating area and a bathroom. To the left of the villa there is a shaded dining area with a barbecue.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
