It is a little older property. We ended up with a suite and loved all the extra room! Everything was clean and fresh. They served a hot breakfast and had very good coffee.

Somewhat lacking.

The elevator was out of service for 2 days. It was somewhat difficult for two 80-year old people to be walking up and down to the third floor. Another day the fire inspection team was there and the alarms kept going off. I went downstairs to see what was happening. The hotel is close to many places to eat.

This Hotel provides the bare minimum

1) 3 night stay on the 3rd floor. Elevator broke and took 2.5 days to repair. 3 flights of stairs were tough on this mid 70's couple. 2) Room needs more lighting. A lamp near the chair would be helpful. 3) Tiny bars of soap! I thought the hotel industry had finally learned that a larger bar of soap was necessary? 4) Maid service every 3 days is unacceptable 5) Shampoo and Conditioner mounted on the shower wall? Am I staying at the YMCA?

Good place. Breakfast food was average. No fruit. Staff got 5 star, because they came an hour early for breakfast service to accommodate birders who wanted to get out before daylight. Impressive.
