Customer service is paramount. When we checked in, the front desk lady was focused on us. During those few minutes, she got a phone call and she also needed to talk with a hotel worker (in the lobby) about something, but WE were her immediate priority. This attention to the customer is integral to the superior experience at ANY hotel anywhere in the world. We would return again to the Riverside Hotel!

Outstanding hotel
Everything was excellent at this hotel. The check-in was very smooth and the receptionist quite personable. The room was ENORMOUS and the view was beautiful over the river. There is no food at the hotel, but there is a good extensive list of local restaurants which are nearby. We went to Peter Havens—excellent restaurant with quite satisfactory prices. The best reataurant is Peter Havens in downtown Brattleboro. Street parking is available. You can have anything on the menu with confidence.

I love the river views and the bed is very comfortable. I wish the TV's were updated. I love when you can log onto your streaming accounts and stream on hotels tv's.

Everything at this hotel was flawless. The location to Brattleboro and surrounding attractions was convenient and no hassle to get to. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, our stay was enhanced by the friendly faces we saw coming and going each day. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was especially large and gleaming from a fresh cleaning. Overall we would stay here every time we come up from now, it’s the only place we would consider! Thanks for a great weekend!
