Very friendly welcome to the hotel. Seamless and informative. We have stayed here before on a large scale shopping trip. They gave us a second room to store our shopping instead of leaving it in the truck. Yeah we came back!

We had to come to Kelowna for a medical visit for my husband. The hotel that we have stayed at in the past was sold out so we booked in at the Capri. When we were checking out I did mention to the check out agent the reason for our stay as it was not a vacation. She informed me that the hotel has a medical rate. I asked if she could honor it, as I did have proof of the Specialist visit but she said she could not offer the medical rate stay to us. That was disappointing. It would have helped us financially, as it would have covered our fuel money for one direction.
