Very good property for price point. Stayed for two nights in mid-October 2024. Staff at check in/check out were very kind and helpful. The room is a bit dated (only the bathroom really) but was very clean and more spacious than I thought it was going to be which was nice. We used the swimming pool and hot tub. Had the whole facility to ourselves - a nice surprise. The fire station is next door so you do hear the occasional siren but nothing you wouldn’t get in any other part of a city. Would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable Stay
Lady at reception was very welcoming and personable. Room was very spacious with a great tub and everything needed for a one night stay. I particularly liked the heating system where I could regulate a quiet comfortable temperature.

I have stayed here numerous times before but this Thanksgiving weekend was awful! The first room was ok except the bed was way too soft. Staff were accomidating but placed us in a room dating back to the 50s Toilet was so low to t he ground yellow as was the tub very dated But worst was the bed. It was saggy and no support. I woke with a very bad back after a very sporatic night of tossing and turning! Hate to say it but i will rethink my options next time i visit family in ktown

The room floor was very dirty. With proof of dirt when I confronted the manager, he straight on my face accused me of lying about dirt and boasted the room floor to be clean as per the hotel poor cleanlness standards. Not only was the manager unapologetic of the inconvenience caused but also arrogant, high headed, rude and ill mannered. Before confronting the manager about dirty floor, I did complain to the receptionist who in the absence of room service mopped the floor herself and thats why I have rated the staff 3stars. Next day the manager also rudely taunted me of his receptionist having mopped the floor as if she was not covering up for the room service staff, her colleagues, but doing me a favor for something that should not have been the way it was in the first place. She did offer other room that was carpeted, but when the floor that is so easy to clean was so dirty, I could not settled for a carpeted floor as carpets are difficult to clean and obviously would have been dirtier. Had there been option I would have posted the picture of proof here. Also the room was so noisy that I could overhear the conversation in the room above clearly with all the noises of tap water, flush etc. In short it was a stressful stay. Not a room to be booked of you are travelling with kids.

Had other guests banging on walls and doors wile trying to work late will not be staying there again. No compensation for rudeness of other guests. Could not do meetings to Philippines biz hours because of other guests. And as I said no compensation for lots money and phone calls because of other rude guests !!!

Very good value for money. Front desk staff were fantastic, friendly and very accommodating. Nice to have a pool, hot tub and sauna, albeit in a slightly weird location in the centre of the building with windows from reception and hallways. Breakfast is simple but ample with some nice additional inclusions. I had a huge room with kitchenette which was perfect. Convenient location just off highway but slightly set back behind a restaurant. Ample parking in front and back. Can get a little noisy near entrances with people talking but not too bad overall.
