The surrounding property needs some tlc. The room needs a good vacuuming. Who puts a couch infront of the air conditioner? The couch was covered in hair, not sure if it was human or dog. Flipped the cushions only to find them stained. I brought my own blanket so we could sit and relax. No reciept issued. Couldn't get it printed cause we were just able to drop the key in the drop off box. Abit of a language barrier. Shaking his head to all my questions, not sure if he understood me.Will I book again on our return? Probably not.

The property pictures looked good, the room was extremely dirty. Flooring was black and sofa was sticky. We were leaving at 5AM and the door accidentally locked. No staff around and no one answered my multiple calls. We used the credit card trick to jimmy the lock open. Who really be a motel without someone answering an emergency call. We feel ripped off and the only positive was the takeout restaurant and the food. Expedia promised better and we barely slept all night.

Great little spot, staff were so friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was a perfect touch after a long day of driving. Easy walk to the lake and small beach/park. Loved my stay, will def. be back again!

The room was very dirty. There was hair on the walls of the shower, as well as on the sheets and pillows. It does not look like the sheets were changed from the last guest. There is a very bright light right outside the door to the room. The door has a window in it with shades that do not block out light. So it was bright all night. Furthermore, the light attracted all the bugs. So whenever the door was opened, a bunch of bugs came into the room. There were lots of bugs in the room. There was no wifi.

We always have had great experiences at this hotel. We enjoy staying there as it is walking distance to keewatin beach and very close to Keeatin place. The suites are custom and clean. Although it is a bit expensive it ticks all the boxes. We visit yearly and are so happy to found this place a few summers ago. Highly recommended

Exactly what we were looking for - a clean, comfortable place to spend the night. Because we were arriving late, they called us and explained how self check-in would work and where to park, this was very helpful and made our check in smooth.

Room was clean but not as shown on website. No ice available on site. Exterior of unit in disrepair and many of the pictures shown on the website were not what was there. The onsite restaurant was a takeout only. The coffee inroom was a french press, kettle and an undetermined amount of coffee in a packet. Advertised a view that didn't exist. For the price of this room, it was absolutely not worth it.
