It's a very nice place, clean and accommodating, the only issue is that they say sound proof and it's not. Should have suspected that it wasn't because they actually say it is in their ad. A bit misleading but a very nice place otherwise. It's per friendly and that's what kept me up most the night. I could here the dogs nails as it paced and whined the whole night.

Stopped for the night when driving from Ontario to Alberta. The property is older, really hot in the room, the bathtub wouldn’t drain. The restaurant meal was good and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Room is over priced but it’s about supply and demand.

The property was as expected the room was clean and well stocked with towels etc. the person at the desk was helpful and was appreciated. We have stayed here before and no doubt will stay again.

My husband had a horrible experience. The person at the desk was very rude to him. He said very rude things to him. He was not able to check in. I had already paid and it is nonrefundable. I hope something can be done about this!

It was not at all similar to what was shown in the pictures. The washroom was too small the bath tub was broken the wash basin was outside the washroom. The corridor passage was horrible. There was too much noise and disturbance due to other guests in the next room at the night we complained to security but no action was taken by them. It was overall not recommended for a family stay at this price.

Room very dated. Shower was clogged and collected water like having a bath. View out window was a rooftop with used needles and food wrappers. Bed linens were clean and it was quiet.

I felt unsafe due to homeless. Had I seen this before I checked in, I would never checked in my daughter and granddaughter. The room was fifty.. I could go on and on how dirty room was in. We left within 20 minutes and went to the next town and stayed in my car and felt safer. I couldn't afford another room as I drove from Ontario to BC and back. For a chain hotel this was the worst.. now I know why other chained hotels are CLOSED!!

Would not recommend! We were sleeping and were woken up by someone trying to enter our room with a key card. The door opened but luckily we had the latch on. I thought maybe we slept past check out but it was only 9am. My husband jumped up and looked in the hallway. This guy was hiding around the corner. He was housekeeping for the hotel. He did not knock or announce himself. Very disturbing and invasive.

As soon as we walked in the door to get to our room we were instantly disgusted by the smell after regretting our choice we went to a dollarama nearby to get fabric cleaner and some spray to cover the horrid smell the parking lot was covered in garbage and bums asking for money would never stay here again was a solid 1 star hotel if you stay here bring a knife to keep your family safe and bring something to cover the stench. The sheets had a nice stain on them in room 102 and the carpet was stained with what looked like blood. Give a discount on this crap or shut it down was not worth the 210$ WASTED shut down the pool for years and the hottub like common get your stuff together you suck
