Spacious well decorated, superbly equipped cottage embedded in a lush garden. Walkable to town and restaurants. Quick drive to all the sites. Good hiking nearby. We loved our stay- Anna was a warm and welcoming host!

Highly recommended - would stay again.
Would highly recommend a stay at Treghan Luxury Lodge - we stayed in the Owners Cottage which is so lovely. The accommodation is to such high standards; cannot find any fault in the cleanliness, everything felt as new. The owners, Anna and Murray, are very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic level of customer service. Would highly recommend staying here; we will definitely stay again.

There was nothing not to like. The accommodation was well appointed, tastefully furnished. Little touches like fresh flowers was very welcoming. Breakfast provisions were more than generous. Anna And Murray are very warm and welcoming hosts

Very quiet location but only a few minutes drive to KeriKeri. Also a walkable distance if you enjoy a little exercise. Accommodation was immaculate and sparkling clean with everything you could need for your stay. The personal touches provided by the owners was fantastic. Welcome cards, basket of fruit, chocolate chip cookies, wild flowers made the accommodation feel very welcoming. Breakfast was provided with an assortment of cereals, bread, homemade jam & marmalade, eggs & bacon etc. it was nice to relax and have what we wanted when we wanted instead of having breakfast cooked for us at a certain time. Anna & Murray were great hosts, very warm and genuine and happy to assist if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again and would happily recommend this place to all our friends.

Idyllic in Kerikeri
We spent a wonderful week at Treghan. Anna was a fabulous hostess and the cottages and views just can’t be beat. We really like Treghan’s approach of providing the farm-fresh supplies to make our own breakfast each day. Love the locally sourced orange juice. And kiwis squawking every night. Anna makes excellent dinner suggestions.

Impeccable hosts
From the well-lit sign on the dark road to the freshly-squeezed orange juice, every detail has been looked after. The Owners Cottage with one bedroom was besutifully decorated and had its own garden and parking. The owners/hosts are wonderfully welcoming and provide great information. Fresh bread, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurt and more, all organic, make the day start well. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Top class hideaway with everything you need
Perfect place to experience the Bay of Islands area from. Tucked away in amongst native bushland, the near new apartment was of the highest quality, very comfortable and I would highly recommend to others. It's only a 20 min drive from Treghan to Paihia and surrounding beaches and the historical grounds at Waitangi, where we had a great Maori cultural experience that the kids loved as well.

Wonderful place and excellent hosts.
Anna make the stay extremely welcoming. The fruit basket and cookies was a very nice touch. She even stocked the fridge for breakfast with eggs, bacon, jams, milk etc. Anna even gave a bottle of champagne for Valentine. What a lovely person. Looking forward to introducing my kids and friends to stay here when they are in in the Bay of Island.

Rural outlook, but walking distance to shops. Sometimes less said is best. This property has received many accolades, most of which are justified. Our opinion.....If you choose to stay here, we doubt you will be disappointed.
