It is a good hotel if you are going to party and drink in Key West. But since we were in a family trip, I would rather stay in a quieter area.

Overall not great not terrible just okay. This is more like an upscale motel. We didn’t feel special at all despite this being a ‘luxury’ resort. We had made it clear we were celebrating our 25th anniversary and were not acknowledged on this at all. We also made it known this was our first real vacation together ever. I would have expected the property to be clean, not let people repeatedly violate the non-smoking areas and to have the rooms electrical sockets all working and not have visible disrepair and rust in any areas. Also they advertise room service - they DO NOT have room service. We will not return - the prices are outrageous for what you get.

Location is the biggest pro. Staff kicked our group out of the hot tub citing a rule that it closed at dusk. Odd restriction of an amenity. Service at chart room bar was so slow we just passed on it. Seaweed was never cleared off the small beach so it was not the best views or water access. It was overall ok not great.

No room upgrade or being able to use $100 Expedia rewards towards this property which was a big disappointment. The ac unit was very loud I had to use the earplugs. No service around the pool area which we were expecting when we stay at the resort. The beach was super small and filled with seaweed so we couldn’t swim at all. Restaurant was good. We never offered help to carry our luggages to the second floor- no elevator. My husband has a cane even though so we didn’t get any help.

The Location was excellent! Everyone here was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful! This place had everything you need! Restaurants, bars, pool, spa, and a private beach, And it was close and walkable to many restaurants, historical sites, retail shops, music, and more! We look forward to staying here again!

Very nice stay. The rooms and balconies could use a little updating. The door to the balcony leaked when it rained. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel. The location was superb! Thank you for making our stay awesome!

There was a problem with the guest above me, but the staff took care of it the next day by moving my room. They were very nice and doing so. Actually showed me three rooms before picking the one I wanted. It was nice. They took the time to let me choose a room. Highly recommend this location.

Overall our stay was excellent. There were a few minor issues that could be improved. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and dripped water on the floor. Water was also dripping on the right front corner of our balcony from the balcony above. I’m guessing that was related to their air conditioning unit as well.
