Great and Relaxing week at the Mansion

Everything about the Mansion was very good. The staff was friendly and very professional. The breakfast was very nice and met all of our needs. Our room was clean and service was very efficient. 2 Areas for Improvement

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Two areas for improvement: restrooms for bar and restaurant interfere with some cottages. Rooms should have real drinking glasses not cheap plastic cups.

We can't say enough great things about this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff and received excellent service throughout our stay. The Mansion itself is beautiful and our room (204) was perfect. The pool and access to the adjacent bar were fantastic for our "pool days." The pool never got crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels provided. The hotel is conveniently located at the (quieter) end of Duval Street and it's an easy walk or Uber ride to dinners, etc. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast provided every morning - it's definitely a step-up from the typical continental breakfast provided by many hotels. Truly, we look forward to staying here again in the future.

What a beautiful place and incredible location. The pool and private oceanfront sunset viewing area was amazing! The staff are over the top friendly and amazing and there is a great breakfast selection. Pool is heated and 24 hours which is rare. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this historic and fabulous location. I will definitely be back!!!
