Had an awesome time in Keystone and the property was amazing. Communications with property management was great and response times were very prompt. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great condo on shuttle line
This condo was attractive, comfortable, and clean. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna were huge pluses! Kitchen very well stocked. We had difficulty locating our unit initially. The Pines has a lot of different buildings and we were confused about which unit we were looking for. We called for assistance and were told to look for Fox something building, which was totally incorrect and on the opposite side of the parking lot from our actual unit. The person I spoke to on the phone was not able to give me any helpful information. We walked around in the dark for a while going unit to unit and finally found it. It was our mistake, because we thought the number on the envelope was our unit number. It seems like the welcome package that you pick up on check-in would have the unit number listed somewhere or maybe even include a map of the property but it did not. Once we found our unit everything was excellent and we had a wonderful stay.

The home was clean, had plenty of room and had a GREAT view. 10/10. Check in at 4:30 is a bit ridiculous but that was the only hiccup. Will definitely be back.

Many wonderful things to say about our stay. The Location is probably number one, Top floor Unit with Soaring Ceilings, accommodations/well supplied unit, super clean, great views, star gazing at night was amazing...and more. Will def stay here again.

Location and views nice but the experience left a lot to be desired. 2 of the showers would not drain, property management was not able to resolve (leaving 6 people sharing the only fully functional shower). Outlets in bathrooms didn’t work either. If you have a problem with the rental mid stay that maintenance is unable to rectify, would contact vrbo directly as well

Great condo with everything you need, a wonderful view, perfect location with ski resort minutes away on shuttle and shops/stores nearby. Within complex this condo was so close to the pool/hot tubs/ski shuttle and trash area. They even have large bins to help bring in all your luggage and ski lockers to put skis in! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice unit for families
Enjoyed this unit as a group of three dads and our 11-13 year old kids skiing at A-basin and Loveland. Clean unit. Plenty of room. Great open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Three bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us. Stunning views out the living room windows towards the west for sunrise alpenglow on the mountains, and sunsets. Kids and dads loved the community pool and hot tub. A little tricky finding the condo the first time (google maps took us a mile away), but smooth after that.

Fall Break
The property and location were great. My family was amazed with the view from the living room. The reason I am giving overall rating of three is because ice maker did not work, called and was told ice maker was working but had been emptied by housekeeping. Next day I called back again because ice machine was still not working, this time I was told that it was not working but they could not work on it because we had food in refrigerator so they brought ice trays. Another incident on same day as the girls had gone shopping and guys stayed home to relax and watch television, they heard someone unlock the door and as the turned to see who it was, the door begin to close slowly. My husband got up and went to the door but the girl was headed down stairs quickly. He called out to her and got a glimpse of her and again questioned the girl but she left the building in a hurry. I called the security and was told that the supervisor was gone for the evening but would do some research and call me in the morning. Next day supervisor got description of the girl and stated she would run an audit on door lock. We waited for a call because we did not want to enjoy our vacation if someone was going to enter the home unannounced. I finally called supervisor at noon and was told she was in a meeting but that security would watch the home. At 3 pm I was told that they did not know who came in but that possibly it might be HOA. I do not believe that because they would have identified themselves.

Just what we needed
Great condo! Very clean, comfy beds, had everything you needed. Easy access to see sights. Pool/hot tubs indoors were nice to use to relax after hiking and were an easy walk from condo.

A lovely property
We all had a great time at this property. It was exactly as listed, very clean and very well equipped. No elevator but just 2 flights of stairs. Stunning views (inlcuding humming birds on the balcony) and short drive to many of the mountain towns. There is also a beautiful walking trail just steps away from the property.

This condo has to have the best view of any condo in Keystone! It's breathtaking! It was extremely well cleaned and taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! Bring beach towels for the pool ;)

Girls Trip
This was a perfect property for our girls trip! The mountain views from the condo were breathtaking! The location is perfect! We spent a day in Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge and of course in Keystone. Literally less than a 20 minute drive to each place. Hiking was great and so many close trailheads. Tons of great restaurant options! The condo was pretty updated and super clean and had everything that we needed! Communication was great with the management company. We still have so much to see and do! We will be back!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Keystone
This is a great property with an awesome view. My family and I enjoyed it very much. The check-in/check-out process was easy, and the property is very clean and well stocked. My daughters enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and chipmunks from the balcony. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Condo
The condo was just perfect for what we needed. It was a short stay this time, but when we are back in Keystone we will definitely try to stay here again. My only negative would be that I got a call late in the afternoon that paperwork needed to be signed before they would leave our keys in the lock box. Luckily we found a spot that I could get phone service (as we were in the mountains) to get that done or we would have been without a place to stay. Luckily it all worked out!
