Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your stay with us. We refer to your posting of July 4th which we wish to comment. We firstly wish to apologies for any inconvenience of the unsatisfactory service from the reception staff. We are taking your complaint seriously. All clients are expected to receive the quality service that Mada Hotels is renowned for. With regard to our design of rooms, our design caters for a swinging door in the bath room which does allow for an extent of privacy.We are surprised you were disappointed with the swimming pool. The Hunters Lodge pool is one of the property’s key features which has received complements from many of our clients. All our rooms have solar hot water facilities with an electric backup for heating and your comment of less hot water is a surprise. Rest assured we have taken note and will see if there was a different problem. Thank you for taking the time to post your comments and we look forward to seeing you again at Hunters Lodge.
