It was a great experience to stay at The Brehon. Place was lovely and felt very exclusive and posh. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was lovely and you can even order breakfast to room for addition €7 per tray. Room was very spacious, too especially the old ones. The only bad experience we had was that the bed was already sunken as probably from multiple use by guests and the bath from where we originally stayed has pink moulds on the side. Rang reception first thing in the morning as we only noticed it in the evening when we used the bath tub. Receptionist and manager acted on it very quickly and moved us to another room with free upgrade. Staffs were very friendly and we were not rushed to go back to the hotel straightaway as we were gone the whole day for tours in Kerry. We had a lovely stay. The room upgrade was small in size but was very modern and had a good view of the mountains. Overall, would recommend The Brehon and will definitely be my first choice when I come visit Kerry again.

Beautiful hotel. Very cozy and clean. The only thing was our dinner was only luke warm, seemed like it was sitting for a while, and no one checked up on us during the meal.

This is a great choice if you are staying in Killarney. The food in the restaurant was shucks delicious and the desserts were the best! If you go, be sure to get access to the spa facilities as part of your package and use them! We did every night we were there when we got back from touring, before we went into town for dinner. There are many good restaurant options and many fun pubs in town. Also great shopping. And its all walkable from the hotel. Also, get breakfast there. The buffet was excellent!! We will definitely stay there again!!

Great place to stay and unwind Great facilities Pool & hydro therapy etc Staff are very helpful and accommodating ! The rooms are spacious and a very comfortable bed however did noticed paint stratches on walls & on bathroom door inside bottom very worn and worn carpet side of bed and dust ball stuck to the ceiling ….but they food was very good and the bar staff were very welcoming ! Overall great place Stayed here years back and glad I made a trip back but some minor issues to upgrade that’s all

Nice hotel. Modern, rather than a character property. Nice pool with Sauna and steam room available to guests. It’s a big and busy hotel, but despite that service, both at breakfast and in the bar was prompt and accurate. Food also well cooked .
