This Hemlock Ridge 3BR/2BA two story townhome has a rustic log cabin ambiance with a tremendous location @ 1/2 way up the Killington access road. A bright corner unit with many windows ( nearest to parking lot) with a large stucco wood burning fireplace as the centerpiece of an open first floor layout. Short walk (less than 1/2 a mile) to all of the following Killington favorite's; Pickle Barrel nightclub, Wobbly Barn, Casey's Caboose, Jax, The Garlic, Liquid Art, Sushi Yoshi, Charity's, and the Killington market. There is also a free shuttle "The Bus" which runs up and down the access road that stops @200 yards away which can take you to the mountain.
The first floor has a large dining room table along with a fully stocked kitchen that includes a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, as well as a pour over coffee machine. There is high speed internet (1G service), a 50" Samsung Smart TV, and a Yamaha sound bar. Upon entering the unit there is a small mudroom with a closet to store your ski's/snowboard's/etc. The first floor has a full bathroom with a shower as well as a washer/dryer.
The second floor features 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom including a shower/bathtub. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with a 46" wall mounted HDTV that works off of a Roku connection. Bedroom 2 contains 2 sets of custom built bunk beds with storage trundle. Bedroom 3 located at the top of the stairs is equipped with a full size bed.
Unit has a coded lock box outside the door with keys inside.
No smoking allowed inside unit/ No pets.
Minimum rental age is 25.
