Wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and couldnât do enough for you.
The red room was so nice that we stayed in the. It would benefit from some drawers for you to put items in everything had to go at the bottom of the wardrobe with the shoes underneath. The bed is superking and was really comfortable but the pillows were not great they were standard size and if they upgraded them to feather king size pillows and somewhere to put smaller items the room would be perfect.
The restaurant was really good. The chefs deserve a special mention. Beautiful food.
Will definitely return.
Location was excellent in a quiet hamlet .walking distance of an excellent national trust property and church full of history. Good food but limited options at the hotel, staff friendly ,corteouse and informative on local places of interest.
Coach room was lovely, clean, good amenities and well decorated
Food was excellent with the Vension being one of the best Iâve ever had
Staff were friendly welcoming and always willing to help
We stayed here for 2 nights whilst we enjoyed the Sandringham summer music festival. Itâs just a short cross country drive away, avoiding the main roads and inevitable queues. We couldnât be more impressed with The Bedingfeld Arms. From the moment we arrived, customer service was warm, welcoming and always helpful. The bar, restaurant and grounds are all tidy. The chefâs are brilliant, we know this because every morsel of food was delicious, a taste sensation. We donât live nearby so returning wonât be swift but next time weâre up this way we wonât hesitate to book again. Wonderful venue, lovely people and excellent, tasty traditional food n drink. Thank you.
Slow check, First 2 staff could not help and waited for a third. Breakfast fees increased from ÂŁ12 to ÂŁ15 since time of booking so declined breakfast. Otherwise food good, enjoyed our evening meal. Lighting in room was poor only one bedside light could have done with a light either side. The pub has a fabulous location and great grounds and parking facilities.
Loved the place. It was right next door to Oxburgh Hall where we wanted to visit. The weather was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Staff were attentive and the breakfast was probably the best we've had. Couldn't finish it all. It was very tasty. The only criticism we have and it's something that would take very little to rectify was the housekeeping side of things.
Noticed a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling as well as cobwebs in thee radiator. The area at the back of the bed was also quite dusty.
The toilet seat wouldn't stay up which obviously didn't bother the Mrs as much but when I went to the toilet I had to hold it up with my hand.
The last thing was the shower head. It looked like it needed a good clean.
For all the negatives these wouldn't stop us staying there again. We had a great couple of nights sleep, the place was pretty as a picture with lovely grounds and in an area steeped in history. Overall a very positive visit.
Booked on a whim, too cluttered for my liking. The room has amazing potential with bit of money spent on it, a must is a small fridge, coffee maker, dressing table with accessible plugs and a mirror above. A mediocre stay ⊠only vice I swapped Tesco vouchers but still feel short changed âŠ
