A charming barn conversion in a peaceful setting just a short walk to the coastal footpath and beaches of Soar Mill Cove and Hope Cove. Brook Barn has four spacious, comfortable bedrooms.

The interiors are well considered, comfortable and original. There are 4 bedrooms in total. 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 is ensuite.

There is a private garden and parking for three cars outside the property.

15 min walk to two beaches. Stunning coastal footpath on your doorstop. Surrounded by National Trust beaches and walking areas.

Very comfortable stay suitable for a large family
We have been walking the coastal path and bolberry was nicely located mid way on our route. It was a little way off the path but we had a car which gave us a bit of flexibility.

Fabulous space & perfect location
This house was perfect! Enclosed garden, large rooms, everything we needed (4 adults, 2 teens & a dog). Location perfect for beaches, Salcombe (& a local Co-op minutes away for essentials). Almost didn’t want to leave a review & keep it to ourselves ;)
