on entering the room at the hotel i could see that the room needed a facelift and everything looks so old and outdated, there was no hot water was there for the entire time i was there which was like 5 days. It seems like there was no real attention given to the Hot WATER situation, the AC in the room was not working properly neither, it’s a good thing I took a fan there with me so the room and I could remain cool. it seems like nothing at this hotel is updated or serviced everything looks so outdated.
BREAKFAST : whenever you’re booking this hotel and it says breakfast included be sure to keep in mind that breakfast means limited choices of whatever you would like and smaller portion of whatever you like.
Staff Members: especially some of the ones that works in the dining room, the kind of attitude that was shown to customers is unacceptable whenever in the dining area, some staff members that works there that there attitude is just not right for serving people food. The rudeness, unpleasantness, lock of patience, lock of customs service etc. not everyone there had these awful customer service traits, there was one young lady that stood out that works in the dining area her name is Shoshana she was Mutually friendly to all the customers her exceptional kindness and attentiveness was evident checking on each and every customer to see if we were satisfied and pleased with our meal in the dining room. Good job Shoshana keep up the great job you’re doing at that hotel.
