Great hotel, except there were a ton of kids because there’s a large pool and arcade. Lots of kids running thru hall. Otherwise a very nice hotel!

Nice Hotel
This used to be a Holiday Inn for decades. It's been refurbished and nice. Clean, large place, pool, decent free breakfast, lots of parking. Only odd thing for a hotel was there was no daily room service. If you wanted service you had to ask. No big deal for us, but it may be to you. And the price was less than most of the comparable hotels in Kingston.

- nightly rate too high for condition of property - sink did not drain n flooded the bathroom (saving grace was the service person came and restored service immediately) - keycards weren’t programmed for the entire stay - parking lot is inadequately lit - poor service in restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful toiletries, towels and bed were good

A definite NO!
The hotel is run down. Our first room had hair in the bed and the second room had no shower curtain (this was addressed quickly) and water/mold damage on the ceiling. People were friendly and helpful, but you can't overlook the quality of the room. especially at the price. Glad we only had to stay one night. I would never recommend, and I will never return.

This hotel was convenient to Woodstock and available in a pinch.. It is dated and hallways stink of chlorine. The rooms were clean but smelled a little moldy probably because we were above the pool/gym area. Overall it served for the night.

Excellent staff
Customer service oriented staff. Bethroom inour room was tiny. Toilet was low. Would be difficult for anyone with mobility or obesity issues. TV had a lot of channels but this type of system does not turn onTV easily. Even with new batteries. Outside grounds were not being kept up. Lots of weeds in landscape beds.
