Disliked: Cleanliness
Didn't get the keys was left stranded host is rude told me to cancel as i couldn't get in
Host rude wouldn't let me in haven't got a refund as yet was left stranded absolutely diabolical customer service please do not book he wont let you in put the phone down and wouldn't answer i was distraught
