We stayed here for a single night and had the folks beside us blasting their tv until 1am. When we tried to call the front desk for help, no one answered. We called 3 times over the span of an hour and had no help whatsoever. We suffered through the paper thin walls and eventually fell asleep at 1am when the tv shut off. We travelled with a baby as well who was woken up by the tv because the cot only fit against the shared wall with those neighbours. Awful service and noisy stay with zero help. Would not recommend

It was close to the 401 highway. There was a restaurant bar across the road or you could walk to wendys, tim hortons, McDonalds. There was also no frills, the beer store, LCBO and canadian tire in the same area. Also a bus stop right out front too if you wanted to take it. They had an indoor pool and a hot tub. Good for the coming weather where you cant swim outside!!

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was very close to the highway off ramp yet was not noisy. A well apponited restaurant was in easy walking distance from the hotel. Overall this hotel was very good value for the cost.

Worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at. Mold in the bathrooms, A/C was incredibly loud and barely holding itself together. Garbage everywhere in the parking lot. Staff at front desk was unhelpful even though we called well ahead to ask about items. Had we not arrived near midnight we would not have stayed there. We slept for three hours and left at 5 a.m. We considered sleeping in our car instead of the room. Hands down the worst of the worst and we've seen some bad hotel rooms.

Good location with access to highway 401 and short drive into downtown. Facility itself has had a facelift in some areas but is fairly dated overall. It was clean, and it suited our needs for an overnight stop and brief tourist visit of Kingston.

It was a good night stay, parking was ample, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming upon our later check in. Room is in need of repair (ceiling cracking along drywall tape) and the breakfast was average (nothing hot - but the instant pancake maker is neat). Pool/spa is also in need of refinishing.

Our room was great. Loved the shower and hot water. The staff were always so helpful. The only problem we had was with the hot tub. The jets were not working very well and not really hot. So handy to a great restaurant One Eyed Jack's. If we every went back to Kingston we would stay there again if price is right.

We wanted to use the hot tub, because of the long drive and we were told the pool area closes at 10:00. We checked in at 9:30. Other than that it was ok.

When we arrived at 430pm we were told our room wasn't ready and to give them 2min to finish cleaning. Upon entering our room there was a tootsie roll wrapper on the floor beside the bed. Monday morning breakfast a white female worker yelled at a younger Indian female worker for the duration of us being at breakfast. She yelled at her 3 separate occasions in the back room but was easily heard into the front of the lobby (once about dish water temperature, once for a looong time but unintelligible, once about keeping her work area clean). Breakfast service was limited. A pancake maker that needs constant supervision and troubleshooting; toast, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, unripe fruit, cereal, homemade bug catcher in the open beside the coffee maker. The employees are terrible at keeping up with replenishing supply. Not once in 3 days was the apple juice available upon arrival. The highchair we used for our baby was dirty with yogurt 3 days after our baby ate in it. The a/c in our room had a slow leak. The carpet was wet about 3sq ft beside the bed. I assume this is a known problem as the wall was also water damaged.

Nice large clean rooms. Only 2 floors. There is an elevator if needed. Free breakfast in the morning of cereal, yogurts, fruit, toast, pancakes and hard boiled eggs plus coffee or tea and juices.
