The staf are amazing However i was shocked with the condition of the room The door was not closing had to push is hard and to lock it from inside The bathroom was old and worn out ( i have never seen a hotel bathroom with this condition) Even the toom had a smell i don’t know from where The bedding wasn’t clean at all The towel at the bathroom weren’t wite. They were turning black because it was old and was washed with hot water . The soap bar was soooo small i have never seen this before in my hall life The bathtop had some rust The shower wasterrible and all mixed up ( the hot water os the blue and the cols is the hot :O) I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY FAMILY My plan was to go to swimming pool with my kids but what what was mentioned above i changed my mind. I couldn’t wait to pass the night and i changed the hotel Remove it from your list until it get improved or renewed

My review is bad because after I left I realize I left a work shirt and battery charger in the room. I call and was promised a return call. No call was placed. I went to the hotel. They then claimed to check with the house keepi g and said no shirt (dress shirt with company logo) and battery charger was found. It was my fault that I left the shirt but it was obvious there was no concern. A d obvious that some had taken these items. Horrible service and attitude.

One improvement. Instead of drilling hole (to no where) to place safety bars on the tile bathroom wall. they might look nie weider bohren safety bars from Germany, which glue to the wall. When was the last time you saw a person pull a tile off the bathroom wall??. The safety attachment can be removed by a twisting action leaving no mark on the tile

The location is near the main road to Kingston downtown and close to 401 exit, surrounding by number of restaurants. My room #120 is next to the walkway existing to parking lot. Too noisy when people leaving the building after checking out in the morning. Nobody disclosed on the parking fee $6.75 charges during the reservation thru Expedia. Expedia should be charged all fees upfront.

The hotel is nothing fancy and is under construction. It was however quiet, the room was bigger than usual and the staff were friendly. The pool area is very nice, but the fitness center is a tad small. Enough room to do a circuit or hypertrophy training as dubmells only go to 45. Overll happy with stay for the price considering other hotel ate double the price and really dont offer anythint more. About a 10 min drive to kingston hospital and lots of amentites around it that are just not easliy accessible in the downtown near the hospital.

The experience wasn’t to bad but communication wasn’t the greatest as well as the conditions of the room with a few things that just weren’t up to standards like a mark on the sink as well as the doors that had dents and marks on with damage which made it not feel too safe

–The pool is in a separate building (pool was nice, but no notice until you get there that it's in another building). –Currently under renovation – maybe it will be in better shape in the future. The fire doors in the hallways did not have doorknobs, so would not have made a good seal. –Balconies have bright lights that stay on all night. –Bathroom in a king room is VERY small. –Faucet on sink under the microwave was spraying the wall & coffee maker.

Lobby for as under the stairs and at the back of the hotel and the fact you are paying for parking in Kingston at a motel is ridiculous at the rate they are charging for 1 night!
