I love the decor of this property..very modern. Love the Coffee shop, the pool and dining. Beautiful property indeed. Plan to go back. If there's entertainment for xmas I\ll be back that soon.

The property and staff I must say overall was very pleasant it’s quiet and I felt safe which are two major things I look towards when booking a hotel. It’s good walking distance to shops and places to eat. However there are just some minor tweaks within the room that need to be addressed, The rooms do not carry enough lighting so it’s not the easiest when getting ready in the evening to go out and you have to do your make up, the rooms also do not carry a microwave which is an inconvenience because you have to go all the way downstairs if you have food you want to warm up. The bathroom need more hooks and handles for when it’s more than 1-2 people staying in a room it’s barely enough hooks for two people to hang their towels and wash cloths the handle on the shower door from the inside needs to be changed because it’s hard to open when your trying to get out and the mattress from the pull out couch I didn’t even use because it was so flat and hard plus you have to call to request sheets to put on it.

I visit Kingston on business 4 times a year and will now alternate between ROK on the waterfront and AC in new Kingston. ROK food and drinks are too pricey (and zero dining within walkable distance) and the noise insulation of the 1960-era room is insufficient but ROK makes up in personnel friendliness and good situation to zip in and out of Kingston to Spanish Town and airport. Valet parking a bit slow

This Hotel Rok Hilton ,it rocks .i stayed i. The one bed room suite with my husband. Clean and spacious. It had a kitchen but no stove or microwave. It had a mimi fridge. Two television. The bathroom is hugely large .I was impressed. The building smells clean .Thats important to me .The restaurant menu was the bomb nut the price tag ( every thing in US dollars quote but you can pay in loval dollars ,cash debit or credit just fyi the pri e tag at all food facilities at the Rock is expensive. Of your a non american like myself ,buy US dollars and eat outside .There is a kfc 1- 2 blocks and a juice patty. Also a glorias in the area .But overall great place .I stayed in Jamaica at the Pegasus, AC Marriott, and the Rok is on top ! Yes ,hurt the pocet with the food prices .But the food menu and taste 10/10.You dont need the breakfast package. There isnt thay much of a difference with purchase off the menu .But the Hotel itself a 10/10 .Parking age t at night walks you to the hotel .So safety is 💯. Im gking back Next month to the Rok, for it rocks .
