I liked that the property was in walking distance to some places of interest.
I liked the staff.
I didn’t like that lunch wasn’t available.
I hated that the air was blowing towards the door and not on the bed. This made trying to rest very unpleasant.
Simple check-in process. The property is quiet, very clean and offers all the necessities for a comfortable short stay. A good option for local and international visitors to Kingston.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property it self is well kept and my room was very clean. I can tell the staff takes pride in their work and it shows. I would definitely stay here again.
I checked in on April 28th for a week, marking my first visit to this facility. The location is good, and the staff is friendly. However, the facility needs some upgrades. I was disappointed that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, especially considering the hot temperatures in Jamaica; this should be taken into account.
I had requested a ground-floor room prior to my arrival, but due to a lack of communication, I was not informed that the ground-floor rooms only have one bed each. Since I requested two beds, I was assigned a room on the second floor. This wouldn’t have been an issue if there had been an elevator, but the staircase was quite challenging for me. I appreciate the courteous assistance from the staff.
Colene was absolutely amazing with helping us with whatever we needed. Super sweet and super respectful. Very clean and nice rooms with high ceilings and AC
Only complaint about the property itself was the clogged toilet on checkout day, but that stuff happens.
The huge issue was the attitude and behavior of the security guard, who while wearing a branded uniform shirt of the hotel, said he wasn’t part of the hotel staff. He was aggressive and dishonest, loudly accusing me of lying. There was an issue with him during check-in that I tried to ignore. It got worse on checkout morning.
