The hotel is okay for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended period. If you need a place for a night or two, it will work, but there are some significant drawbacks.
Starting with the positives, the staff is very welcoming and super sweet, especially the security guards and the person who checked us in. They really made us feel at home.
The rooms are clean, which is a plus, but my biggest issue is the lack of basic amenities like tea items or a kettle. I’m someone who needs to drink tea before bed, and not having a kettle or tea bags in the room was a major inconvenience. Additionally, they didn’t provide any water in the room—you have to purchase it separately, which I find unacceptable given the money spent to book the hotel. Water should be a basic amenity.
Another disappointment was breakfast. I don’t think it’s fair that after booking the hotel, you still have to pay for breakfast. It should be included, and considering the prices charged, it’s not worth it. However, the lady working in the kitchen is super sweet, which was a redeeming factor.
The internet was a significant issue. The connection was so poor it was like not having internet at all. The staff restarted it multiple times, but the problem persisted. To make matters worse, there was no cable on the TV, so we were limited to watching news channels only.
Overall, the biggest issues were the lack of water and a kettle in the room, and the terrible internet connection. If these were improved
