Enjoyed my 7 night stay. I was upgraded to an 8th floor room with a large balcony. Though it overlooked the rear carpark, I was able to slide the doors open to meet the rising sun each morning and go out on it and have my early coffee. Wonderful location for Emancipation Park and local restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The property was clean. However, I felt the inclusive breakfast option could have been more varied.however The gym was a key factor for me picking this hotel. There was a shortage of towels and the water dispenser ran empty. This was rectified when mentioned to staff. Additionally, the control buttons on both treadmills were broken so I was unable to operate them and the display on the rowing machine inoperative. I brought this to the attention of reception staff who said it would be looked into. It wasnt during my stay. However, I was given the option to use the Pegasus Hotel gym next door which has older machinery. Ultimately, if these minor issues were resolved I would stay again on my next visit

I always stay here the food is great and the staff is good especially the Bellhop guys who greets you with a drink and a smile I can’t remember his name he works days shift my friend couldn’t find his hat and he went above and beyond and found it at the bar .

I was very pleased with the professionalism, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They would take the time to check in passing if you were okay or if you needed anything or just to smile and greet you. You felt visible and appreciated as any client should. If I had to suggest any improvement it would be in the local phone service from the guests rooms. Most long distance calls are complimentary I believe, however local calls are not, so each time you need a local taxi to get around, there is a phone charge. Overall I had a great time during my stay at the Courtleigh Hotel and would recommend them to anyone visiting the Kingston area.

Courtleigh has become my home away from home. The front desk staff are amazing. They are always pleasant. I have to give great recognition to Tatianya for being so pleasant, humble and super professional in her role. She always carry a smile, enough to say, “WELCOME and WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE YOUR STAY MEMORABLE!!” Mrs. Powell and Mr Edward are two amazing leaders, alway on the forefront to welcome back their guests. That’s always super special, because it feels you are back home with family, The bellmen are alway helpful and pleasant. Last but not least, Patrick from the bar is a super star. His interaction with the guest is so awesome, everyone calls him by name. That’s enough to highlight the amazing work and work ethics he has. Overall, I give Courtleigh 9/10 for exceptional service. I wish I could remember everyone names. I want to thank the housekeepers for the amazing job they do.
