Other features include good sized open plan living area, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooking, 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath, undercover entertaining area with Weber Q and fully enclosed and secure rear yard that offers access for secure parking.

Also enjoy the convenience of board games, Nintendo Wii including Wii Fit and also a quite red or white wine with 1 bottle as a with compliments.
