I truly enjoyed my stay 4 nights stay. Our rooms were clean and fully equipped. I checked in after hours and the process was seamless and easy. We were able to get in our rooms with no issues. The environment is well manicured and maintained. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again. If you need to visit the poinciana area this is definitely the place to stay.

Wonderful! Very clean, we equipped and quiet in spite of being close to highway and easy to find. Actually surprised thatI got great value for the money. Beautiful pool with perfect water condition.however, you neglected to tell me a damage deposit was required. This put me in jeopardy of not being able to pay for anything as it had maxed out my card and the funds will not be returned to me for 1-5 days.
