My family had planned a trip for my daughter’s 3rd birthday (at Disney) and this house was perfect for us! It was nice and spacious, and had the amenities we were looking for! The neighborhood was quiet and charming and close enough to any major store for anything you would need. We all really enjoyed our stay and had the best time!

Beautiful home. Spotlessly clean. Comfy furniture. "EWell equipped. Safe gated neighborhood. Great view. "Evolve" ( VRBO subsidiary?) gave me the wrong gate code but thats not the owner's fault. Would DEFINITELY stay here again

Gem near Disney

I've stayed in many Disney vacation homes, and this one stands out. I think it could have been slightly better to have more laundry detergent pods for the dishwasher and also bleach for the towels. The water dispenser on the fridge was also out, but there was a local market around a few minutes away for fresh water so that was perfect there. The beds were comfortable for the adults and little ones.

Mini November Vacation

This property was in a mostly quiet gated community. Lots of nature around the pond in the backyard. Excellent wifi and a clean home. Only drawback is the cable TV was out and had only basic channels. It was a great overall stay. Going back to stay in this community in March of 22.

Clean and quiet. Nature watching dream !! Highly recommend.

First of all I need to stress that this place was Very clean and quiet. Didn’t see a single bug in the house. Actually, for that sake, we didn’t see any outside either ! But we did see lots of different, beautiful birds and even an alligator ! It was very enjoyable to sit out by the pool and watch them hunting and playing. The property manager was super nice and he was very responsive to my questions. The only downfall was that Grocery stores, etc. are kinda far away and the traffic was atrocious, It took us twice as long to get places. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing either ! There is a 7/11 just 2 minutes away but plan on 20 minutes to get to a publix or Walmart grocery store. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I would suggest renting this house to anyone who’s needs it suits.

Family trip to Disney

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean, pool area was nice and relaxing. Loved that it was a gated community and the neighbors were all friendly. Every place you needed was within 10 miles. Gary was always available if anything was needed and would show up to fix something quickly.

We had a very nice stay! Only things that we had issues with was no cable, the sliding glass door was hard to open and close, and the lighting by the pool area. It needs just a little more lighting! We really enjoyed our stay, we will book this house again!

Great Escape

The location of the property was minutes away from the airport and many attractions. After a day out and about, we enjoyed the serenity of the lake as we sat poolside and enjoyed the sunset. All the comforts of home we will definitely reserve this property again.

The owners and property managers were very accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it had a great view of the lake behind the house. Even though it's a little further than we're used to staying from Disney, the extra room and comfort the house offered was worth it. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you.

This was perfect for our vacation, I left a few FYIs, other than that I can truly say this home met our needs. It didn’t take us long to get where we needed to go. The description of the home does not detail what is actually inside. We were very impressed, it had everything we needed for our home away from home.

The property itself is lovely. Furniture is very nice. Bed comfy. Television difficult to work. Ants all over the kitchen and had to throw away a lot of food we brought. Towels are stiff and scratchy.

Great house w/ pool in a gated community!

We stayed in this house during a week long trip to Disney. Everyone had their own room, and the layout is perfect for a family of 4+. There is even an extra room for Grandma if you bring her with. The house is updated, and the furniture is comfortable. Overall the house is very clean, and so is the pool. Plan your grocery shopping on your way to the house. WalMart is about 15 minutes from here, and Publix is another 5 minutes. If you are returning from Disney, there will be plenty of places to stop on your way home each night. This home was a fantastic value, and we would highly recommend it if you are staying in the area. Bring a rental car with you, you’ll need it! Uber does not pickup in the area. Thanks to Steve for the quick response, he is very helpful!

Great house and pool.

Our only complaint is we found quite a few pieces of glass on the garage floor, front entrance and in the kitchen. Additionally we were not aware of extra charges to heat pool. It would have been nice to have known upfront of additional cost. We couldn’t contact Evolve regarding the pool due to the mailbox was full. Steve was very helpful and responsive to our calls. Well done Steve.
