The noise level was super frustrating. There was a very large group (cheerleading team) and the kids were running up and down the hallway. We called multiple times to complain and nothing was done and apparently we were unable to move floors as well. It was also very cold and there was only small thin blankets, we asked for another one and we were given another blanket but not until the second night. Very disappointing.

we checked in, got to room hair on the couch, used sink, would not drain, room phone didn't work to call down stairs, guy came up said nothing he could do, said I was checking out asked for money back said no. ( all with in 10-15 min of getting to hotel) Checked out and went to another hotel called 3 days later (Monday) looking for manager, still waiting for call back. Not very happy, being Branded with this name, shocked thats the service I get

Meh
One of the Debit/Credit machines at front desk did not work with three separate credit cards. Second one worked fine. Shoulder shrugs by front desk worker. Shower door and shower was filthy with mildew. Sheets did not properly fit the bed and came off by themselves before and during sleep. Pillows are worn and old and flat, unsupportive.
