I am requesting full refund! This place is awful and I had to leave just a few hours of being there.. Very sketchy! Pretty sure I had a “crackhead on the elevator with me.. Didn’t feel safe staying!

Check in was great. The rooms were not maintained. Needs some serious repair and updating. 2/10 because it was a convenient location to the hospital. They also charged my card for an addition two nights and tried to say it was a “hold”(it was not) Would not recommend.

The location is close to everything. Place was not clean. Carpet dirty and loose. Front door there's a bench where people smoke. They should move it farther from the front door so guest don't smell when you go in and out. Pet friendly but poop plastic dispenser is empty with bird nesting in it. Only one ice machine working which is on the 1st floor. Our room is on 4th floor. Very inconvenient.
