The outside grounds had trash on and around the parking lot. Items ranged from underwear to some cans along with a boot box. The inside lobby area and eating area was nice but the room needed some attention to repairs. Bathtub faucet was loose/wobbly.

Clean and friendly staff. Nice updated look considering the area I stayed at. The only thing I could suggest is that it would be nice to have an outdoor lounge area other than benches . The breakfast area was nice also.. I enjoyed the variety they had for breakfast…The hallway on the second floor could be cooler also. Great stay

Had to request a non handicap room for second night stay. First night was put in a handicapped and bed smelled moldy. Inconvenient for us. Definitely not a room for $150 per night. Were in a Hampton Inn but had to change because of volunteer ball game. When we checked in saw outside construction and asked about a rate cut. Manager on duty was very abrupt and said he could do nothing since I had gone thru Expedia. Really? Later found out he had a tooth ache. Second room was nice but I had to request a change, one was not offered. Never left a review before.

Was hard to sleep at night, noise that sounded like a jet going overhead? Don't know if it was the AC or what ? Get rid of that noise and you'll be golden.

A little disappointed when compared to previous reviews. My nonsmoking room smelled like someone smoked a bag of pipe tobacco. There were no other comparable rooms available and they did try to deodorize but that smell was almost as overpowering. Friendly staff that were willing to do what they could to make our stay better. In general, a convenient location with easy access to highways and Loudon .

2nd year in a row staying here to visit family. Very clean; staff is great; breakfast is not lavish but it’s good and enough. Don’t stay on the first floor - it’s noisy. They would have moved us - the staff is very helpful - but we had already unpacked and it wasn’t unbearable. Pet-friendly.
