The property smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had hairs on the bedroom floors, shower floor, and what appeared to be body hair on the bench at the foot of the bed. We left and found different lodging for the night. We were still charged full price for the night and room after expressing our concerns and complaints to the owner/ manager.

It would’ve been nice to have Wi-Fi I couldn’t watch anything on the tvs and I am incredibly jet lagged- I also couldn’t download the app to screen play due to lack of Wi-Fi the data wasn’t strong enough.

World class!
The most beautiful accommodation in Knysna by far. Everything about this place is perfect. The service is world class, all the staff are incredibly professional, service minded, friendly and knowledgeable. World class breakfast every morning made by the best! The owner of this establishment can be immensely proud of Lawrence, David and the ladies(I wish I could have taken them all home with me). We will definitely be back!
