Fantastic hotel

Pros: The location is fantastic
Cons: Breakfast really could do with improving
Location: It's near to the beach and in the middle of town but is like a little oasis on its own

Beautiful garden bungalows!

We really liked P.P Casita. Bungalows are quite small, but there is still all you need. Bungalows are in the very beautiful and well maintained garden with lots of different plants and flowers. Breakfast was good for this price. We did not use the pool, but I assume it was good becouse many people spent their days in the pool instead the beach. There was some noisy nights becouse of all the parties in the island. Otherwise the hotel location is very good.

No visitors allowed

Hotel is in great condition and very centrally located. I’d you’re here to party like 99% of the people who visit ko phi island, you are going to be extremely disappointed at how strictly they enforce the “no visitors” policy. This doesn’t make sense since this is a hotel and it is not listed under the rules and policies section. Instead, they bamboozle unsuscpecting guests upon arrival. What’s worse, is that security will allow a visitor to your room only after receiving a 2000 baht (about 63 USD) payment in CASH ONLY. Seems like a corrupt system where they really take advantage of their customers. Very disappointed

Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
