Good Day Miss Nicole, Thank you for choosing Phi Phi Natural Resort, it really means a lot to us. We appreciate that you took your time to provide a rating and a review. We are happy that you had a good time here with us. We also apologize if there are some things that did not reach your expectations. We are very happy and thankful that you liked our food and appreciate the services of our friendly and hospitable staffs. We are also glad you liked the traditional thai design of the resort. We apologize if you didn't find our pool inviting, but we made sure to place our infinity pool where there is a very nice view. It really made us sad that the view from our infinity pool didn't make an impact. Your opinion is valued greatly and it helps us maintain excellent standard of service to our guests and also help us address the problem and improve more. Seeing that you still had an amazing experience despite having some things that didn’t quite reach your expectations, is the best thing we could hope for! We are happy that you had a good time during your stay and hope you still had a lot more of the good memories than the not so good ones. Also, on behalf of the staff, I apologize if they hold you up or took your time to fill up our comments and review form, now a days, we instruct staff to let and tell the guests to go for breakfast first before asking to do the comments form, and like you said there are other means of asking for a review anyway. Your opinion is valued greatly and it helps us maintain excellent standard of service to our guests and also help us address the problem and improve more so maybe next time you could write us more about your stay. There are 3 restaurants on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. This beach resort also offers a garden and a terrace. Guests must transfer via Boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
To get to the property, guests need to transfer by Boat. Transfers need to be confirmed by contacting the property at least 72 hours before travel on the number on the booking confirmation. The front desk at this property is open daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
