We are a local brand on the rise of thoughtfully curated, all-inclusive, comfortable vacation rentals with first-class professional service. We have waterfront properties and paddle board rentals to enjoy coastal exploration and beautiful sunrises!
We will occasionally be on site during your stay but will be available 24/7 by phone and we live close by. I like to give my guests space and privacy, but rest assured, if you have any questions or needs they will be met during your stay.

This is a beautiful, small, residential neighborhood directly across the street from Mill Bay Beach. A popular local kodiak beach where you can sunbath, swim, kayak & paddle board. Outside your door is the bike/walking path that leads you a 1/4 mile to the fascinating Ft. Abercrombie, full of sunbeam lit mossy hiking trails, blueberry & salmonberry bushes, & rugged cliffs with hidden WWII bunkers. Also, another local favorite State Park beach with easy access. Downtown is about 2.5 miles and Safeway is about 1 mile.

August 2024 Pet Policy Update:

We love our furry friends and understand how important it is to travel with them. We’ve always tried to accommodate families with pets, but recent experiences have led us to make some changes to ensure our properties remain in top condition for all guests.

While we understand the joy of traveling with pets, some guests have caused excessive clean up and damage. This affects future guests who expect a clean, well-maintained space upon their arrival.

To address this, we’re now considering pets on a case-by-case basis. If you’re planning to bring your pet, please contact us before booking for written approval. There’s a $150 pet fee, payable through our guest portal, and a rental agreement to sign.

We’ve invested a lot of love and care into our properties, and we want to keep them beautiful and welcoming for all—both two-legged and four-legged! Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

PET POLICY:
*Prior written approval must be given.
*We charge a $150 pet fee paid through the guest portal before arrival.
*Not disclosing your pet(s) will result in the cancelation of your stay without refund.

I have never had to post a negative review, but I must in this case because there were so many inaccuracies in the listing, and the property manager, Shoreline Properties was the most difficult to deal with. The view in the photo is NOT what you see; the unit is 1.5 miles from town, not even close; the unit is very, very rundown. Communication with Shoreline was abysmal. Not helpful . Kodiak is a great place, but if you want to enjoy it, beer clear of Shoreline Properties. Hope this is helpful for other people.

Everything was as booked, however after we checked in and were sitting in our living room the property owner just walked in. Apparently she got her days mixed up and didn’t realize we had already checked in, she thought we were arriving the next day. It was ok, it was just a bit uncomfortable for all of us.

The rental was clean and in a good location. However, we never received any check-in/check out instructions. When we contacted the owner she insisted she sent them to our account and we were contacting her through a different account (but we don’t have multiple accounts). She acted like we were a bother. I verified that I didn’t receive any instructions in my email or on my account.

A comfortable family getaway
We spent a couple of nights (+ an unexpected extra night after a floatplane weather delay) at this property and it worked out well for the 5 of us. The unit was clean, easy to access and was across the street from a lovely cove and within walking distance of a really nice state park. It is just off the main road so there is road noise. And it is outside of the town of Kodiak so we relied on taxis which were easy to arrange but kind of a hassle - I’d rent a car next time. Jessica (prop manager) was great to work with.

The code for the door digital lock was missing and the agent refused to give to us because she said she has done these mails for 30 years and she was sure the information was there! I told her to cancel and we went to another motel in town.

This property is very clean and comfortable. Its location is convenient to numerous retail stores and restaurants—within 10 minutes or less. The view from the property is gorgeous and very indicative of Kodiak’s beauty.
