Beds are firm like Concrete and uncomfortable. Bathroom sink not reachable due to design. Toilet within the shower!! Aircon broken and dirty. No Iron to borrow.

The location is great. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Mevlana museum. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was OK. We weren’t satisfied with the room’s cleanliness. The floor wasn’t cleaned at all. We even found a cigarette butt on the floor next to the bathroom. The nighstand wasn’t cleaned at all and there were crumbs in the drawers. In addition, the AC was broken so we had to sleep with windows opened in order to breathe properly.

Three days vacation in Konya
Location of this hotel is excellent in the heart of the city ,walking distance to the most of the attractions and the metro station, the staff are very pleasant especially Ezgi and Mustafa at the reception. This hotel is valued for money.

Klima odanın içine su damlatıyordu ve kapı dış sesleri çok geçirdiği için sürekli gürültülere uyandık. Bir de nevresimleri pamuklu tercih ederseniz müşteri memnuniyeti kat kat artacaktır. Bir de internet çekmiyordu. Wifi şifrelerini odalara asabilirsiniz. Banyo dar olmasına rağmen çok güzeldi, su tazyikli ve sıcaktı. Her yere yakın olması çok güzel. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi.

Otel tek kelime ile rezalet. Gidecegimiz yolun uzun olmasi sebebiyle tek gece konaklama yapalim dedik ama burada 1 gece bile sabredilmez. Oncelikle en onemli sorunu temizlik. Odaya girer girmez sahillerde belediyenin umumi tuvaletlerinin kokusu yaninda gül kokusu gibi kalir. Tüm gece o koku iverisinde öğürerek uyumaya calistim. Sivi sabunu doldurmamislardi, calisana söyledim hallederiz dedi ama Allahin sivi sabunu bile yoktu ki tuvalet sonrasi elimizi yikayalim. Odaya 2 tane karton bardak 2 tane poset kahve konulmustu. Kahve posetleri girdigimizde yirtilip kullanilmisti. 1 ay once hemen yakininda Pir otelde dugun icin 1 gece konaklamistik gercekten cok memnun ayrilmistik ama malesef yer yoktu. Kahvaltiniz da sizin olsun eminim zehirlenirdik. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, tek gece bile.

Oda berbat duşa kabin içinde klozet var oda küçücük iki tane yatağı dip dibe koyup 2 kişilik oda demişler. Camı açalım dedik yangın merdivenine bakıyor zaten oradan direk içeri isteyen girer onun dışında rutubet ve aşırı toz kokusu vardı berbat bir yer.
