The hotel lobby and room are clean and appeared to have had a facelift recently. It is conveniently located. The check-in counter staff, Magdalene, if I am not mistaken, was very helpful and patience.
The room so dusty until i get my asthma attack...the room no enough lamp and dark...the bathroom very coZy n old..the staff not bery friendly .i heard some of staff talking back behind me eventhough i not far from them..overall bery terrible
The hotel is clean and bed is comfy. There are many amenities nearby like seafood restaurants, eateries, pharmacies, shopping malls. Will definitely come back again!
I like the studio, which has an good view of the sea, and the hotel is close to the amenities and eating places.
Being a studio room, I would have love a worktable so that those on business trips can work in the room. Presently, we have to work on the bar counter will is not good as it strain the back.
The location is very good for the event that I attended. I can just walk for 5-7 minutes from the hotel to All Saints Cathedral, and it's was help me cut the transportation cost. 1st night I can't sleep well because of the itchy on my body, and I believe the bedsheets was not clean. But thanks for the cleaners that the next day after I informed the cleaners and asked them to change my bedsheets, they responded well and I have a good rest well.
