Nice Hotel Close to The Tanjung Aru Beach

Good location, excellence staff and airport transfer with the very affordable price. Management did take note my prior request for adjoining room at ground floor as we have 2 elderly. Hotel lobby looks new and beautiful but the rooms a bit darker, wallpaper had peeling off, grayish pillow case and stained W.C. Would not mind to stay again in future if all these limitation had been improve.

Poor service

Prior arrival I had emailed the hotel to confirm my airport transfer but none came at the airport. When I called the hotel to ask, was told to wait 15mins. When still no transfer arrive after 15mins I called again but was told to call their driver myself. In the end I had to make my own way there. There is no lift in the hotel. Room was poorly lighted.

Nice and clean hotel.

Nice and clean hotel, very near the airport. The best thing the hotel is provide van to and from hotel, although the hotel only have one van which have to wait if the van is full. So my groups have to split into two and let them wait at airport for the second round trip to hotel.

I think theirs something wrong with the power plug during my stay there,i like my stay there but please have look on the power plug as it is dangerous and harmful to your future guests.thank you.

Perfect place for a overnight layover

Needed a hotel for a quick overnight stay before the flight in the morning. This hotel was decent and provided a free airport shuttle. For the value, it is pretty good.

Near the Airport at Kota Kinabalu

The hotel is convenient to the airport, which makes it a reasonable choice for someone making an overnight connection. It seems to be reimaging itself as a boutique hotel, but still has a way to go. Right now it seems like a cheap hotel with a few touches.

Okay, but just once.

Stayed over night for connecting Air Asia flight. Room serves purpose for sleep and provides free transfers to both airports in KK. However would reconsider other options if needed to stay again in that area.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep

The pillows were dirty and the wifi didn't work in a Deluxe room. We were kept awake until 2am with people shouting and then woken up very early in the morning with the same. On top of that the hotel decides to do maintenance in the morning so we were kept awake with drills and hammers right outside our room. The hotel said they are entitled to do maintenance - fine, but why on earth would they do it during the morning when guests don't check out until 12pm. Terrible nights sleep and definitely not a place for guests to relax,rest and sleep - I thought that was the point of a hotel?!

Hassle-free and good value

Great place to stay if you want to crash out asap after arriving at BKI. Situated in a quiet area and walking distance from Tanjung Aru beach. Friendly staff and clean rooms with functioning wifi. Great value with airport transfers. Only wish they had more television channels.

They didn't pick me up

I called them right after booking with them in Expedia.com, I told them my flight arrival date and time and they said it's fine they will pick me up. In the end nobody was there to pick me up, I was wandering at the airport for a while (2am) and then took a taxi to the hotel. They refunded me the taxi fee but I was expecting somebody there to pick me up as they promised on the phone.
