Property is a little older, but has been refreshed and does not have the old musty smell, rather smells good! Great staff! Back side rooms have a view of the Kowloon park! Easy access to a lot of restaurants and shopping. A few minutes from the train station and Nathan Road! I would stay here again.

I have stayed in BP International 3 times in the past year - Easily accessible by Bus A21 and on this last occasion I was able to sort out in town check at Kowloon station. I am able to leave my luggage for storage as I was heading to China after I landed and the hotel staff was able to accommodate request as I was booked for 4 N 2nd stay room was not as good as comfortable as 1 st visit - upon checking in recently they took note of my request. Had afternoon tea and lunch buffet 2 nd visit but explored into local eateries I happily would consider BP international again on next visit

Horrible experience with this new hotel. Coming to Hong Kong many years for business. Never seen in my life, I can’t sit to work on any table. They won’t allow me! Breakfast very poor.

Location was very central and conveinient, the lobby was very grand and bright. Staffs were friendly and helpful. would definitely stay with this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. In fact I’ve already done so

Had requested a room not on the 15th floor, because you could smell cigarette at the entrance from the elevator. Got the 15th floor and had to stay a night there. The transition to another room went well, thankfully.

I have stay this hotel last year. I like the location , easy access to shopping, MTR and food. I am disappointed this time. I find the hotel have run down compare to last year. The security lock in our room is broken, the electric plug-in is not working, the chair is dirty. It took over half hour to check in , because the guy at the front desk don’t know what he is doing. He is keep smiling and talking to his coworker . Next time I go to H K I definitely look for different hotel to stay.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and elegant, but the hotel room was not. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard. Way past being a “firm mattress”. The shower and sink drains were clogged, had to turn off the shower half way through and wait over 5 minutes for it to drain. Hotel is in a somewhat convenient location, and staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is clean but due to environmental concerns. The hotel doesn’t provide bottles water. With the Scout club just locate next door sometime is a bit clouded and noisy in the hotel lobby area.
