So many better options in Kowloon
Entry by car closed. I had to walk with 3 pieces of luggage. No bellman to help. The 14th floor was dark when I got off the elevator. There was no light switch when I entered my room which was pitch black. I used the light on my phone to navigate to the bed where the lights were.

Inside the hotel room was really dirty with horrible moldy washroom. The room I booked was a deluxe room but they gave me a smaller room which not match with the description. Hotel chair is also broken and unsafe to sit.
