Lovely few days stay with the family

Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money

Royal Plaza Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience. It is directly connected to the MOKO shopping mall, which offers plenty of affordable shops and dining options. The hotel is also within walking distance of Ladies’ Street Market and other street markets, providing even more local food choices. We stayed in a room with a king bed, which was perfect for couples. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bay window offered a nice view of the pool. The room was well-designed, featuring a long low table for luggage and another long table for other belongings. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, a separate rain shower. The room also came with other essentials like slippers, an in-room safe, and a fridge. Overall, Royal Plaza Hotel offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location, making it an excellent option for both shopping and exploring Hong Kong’s vibrant street markets.

The staff was phenomenal in addressing our multiple questions regarding the MTR, breakfast, taxis, then when we asked to move from a double to a suite. Extra blankets and a heater were brought promptly. The cleaning staff was so kind and even volunteered to do our room earlier/later to accommodate us having meetings with other people in the room. The location was great - close to the MTR, the bus station, to the mall/eating, and walking out to the Ladies/ Market and other eateries. The room itself was spectacular. We were in a double for two nights and learned quickly how to draw close the curtain between the room and the shower :-) . The bathroom was a good size, as was the room itself. The suite was AMAZING. The bathroom had both a a tub and a standing shower option. There were a lot of counter space and hooks. We used the swimming pool for four days, and it was a little mystifying how to walk through a stream of water first to step onto the pool deck, but the rest was beautiful. The locker room with sauna and steam rooms was excellent, as well as was the counter staff extremely cheerful. The only one unpleasant part of our stay had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the hallway reeked of some old garlic smell. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Consistently good. I've been staying here for 20 years, and it's confortable, clean, and brilliantly placed. All of Mongkok and the rest of Hong Kong is on your doorstep, and the adjoining mall has plenty of restaurants

I like that they clean the room and change the towels daily. There is a MTR station inside the mall where you can also access the hotel so when you have to come back to the hotel late at night, you feel safe and you don’t have to walk far after a long day of exploring the city. Do not hesitate to email the hotel for directions prior to coming. It was very helpful to us. My sisters and I had a pleasant stay at the Royal Plaza Hotel!
