Room service staff Fanny was so helpful and professional. The cleaning was top notch. The hotel room was always clean and well maintained. Location was excellent though the bathtub was a bit hard to get in and out of.

A room with a view. Seeing daily weather through our hotel window not just high rise buildings near the hotel. Great house keeping service. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staffs are helpful, warm, and welcoming. They attended to all our needs. For example our air conditioning was a bit noisy they send an engineer to fix it within an hour after we made a call at service desk. Another example we require a hand luggage weight scale to check our luggages are within the maximum airline weight. After a call the service desk within an hour a hotel staff bought the item to our room. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall and underground transport, taxi, and bus. So it is easy access to sight seeing, shopping, restaurants and more. I would highly recommend The Royal Plaza hotel to my friends and family. Also I will book this hotel again on my future visit to Hong Kong.

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located and connected to MOKO mall and East Mongkok Station. Lots of dining options, shopping and markets around us. The staff at front desk were amazing. They upgraded our room and made sure our group was located on the same floor. Rooms are spacious and clean. My only concern was the bathtub is a bit difficult to climb in and out of. It’s quite high so keep that in mind. They do provide a step stool to use. There’s also an elevated ledge at the entrance of the bathroom that can be a tripping hazard. My room didn’t have body lotion. Overall my stay was wonderful and I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Many walkable restaurants and shopping options nearby. The hotel is located inside Moko shopping mall. If you don’t want to go out or need to grab a quick bite, many options available there.

The staff were excellent and facilities new and tidy. Location was great (right above shopping centre and MTR). Not sure why the lighting of the room was so dark but its a minor issue.

Sally the cleaner in charge of our room was so friendly and ensuring we had all the necessities needed to have a comfortable stay. The only comment I have was about check-in process. The hotel should have the option to allow guests to request early check-in at an additional fee. Another is, the process of check-in/getting keys to the room - i had to literally went to the reception desk twice just for this purposes which was inefficient.

Great clean, quiet nice hotel in gd location. Only small issue is that i prefer to have standing shower instead of bathtub. Customer service can be more prompt and efficient. The waiting is a little long.

3rd time staying in this hotel over the past 10 years. Room is clean, housekeeping staff are friendly and approachable. Within walking distance to the MTR stations (Prince Edward & Mongkok). Daily set breakfast is ok but can be improved like change of menu especially for guests who are staying for more than 2 nights.

Wouldn't choose this place again.
Location is good. Close to flower, bird and ladies markets. Plenty of food options and inside a shopping mall. Staff not friendly, outdated and small rooms. Jacuzzi was out of service during our stay due to maintenance but we didn't see any maintenance happening. The most silly feature is a waterfall that you have to go through to get in and out of pool area with your dry clothes on. It's ridiculous really.

Royal Plaza is our choice hotel whenever we visit Hong Kong. Service is excellent, rooms are clean and spacious, and the swimming pool a good size and gym well equipped.

This hotel is like our second home! Clean and spacious family room and bathroom equiped with drinkable filtered water line. Well equipped gym and beautiful pool. The bell boys are very helpful! Kenny is our favorite bell boy! He remembers us and is always very pleasant, caring, helpful, and courteous! The lady who works at the elevator area, Aita, is always cheerful! The check-out process was easy! The staff who assisted us was very professional! The hotel is commected to MOKO shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, and retail shops. Easy access to public transportations! We stayed at Royal Plaza Hotel 5 times already just in 2024, and have already made another reservation for this coming December!

The couches at the lobby were very old and uncomfortable, the cushions and the back support already badly wear and tear, and set , the button light at the elevators are very blurry and hard to see, some facilities needs to be renewed
