We were there when the typhoon hit. Rain water was sipping into the room. The carpet was wet. We were moved to another room immediately. The next day we were moved again because the air condition unit needed service. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel was in a great area for easy transportation and very walkable. The rooms were nice but the bed was horrible. Like laying on a board. I could feel the springs. They bought a mattress to put on top of what was there so that was great. Then I had no hot water for showers at all. I let them know but it was never fixed. It was hot and humid so by the time I showered in the evening, the cooler water was doable. But I do like to shower in the mornings. Too cold with ac running all night. Check in a lobby staff were not loving their job. I made it work so it was fine. The location was perfect.

The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too. Special thanks to Bella and Silva, they really went out their way to take care of us.

Great location in YMT, close to Nathan Road shopping and restaurants. No business center in the hotel, but there was a meeting area with a small conference table and chairs on my floor. The room was comfortable, and wi-fi worked well. The breakfast buffet needs improvement.

Staff overwhelmingly courteous and responsive - first rate overall! I couldn't give a higher rating largely due to my room's problems: bad bath room faucet, faulty safe, and minimalist amenities. Prompt service calls to fix stated problems didn't work. I'd still recommend this property for budget conscious folks though.

I had one of the best customer service experience when I stayed here just last month. Upon checking in, I was informed by Mr. Ng that I had two reservations (I forgot to cancel one of the reservations). Upon sharing with him my situation, he went out of his way and called another 3rd party company to cancel the reservation saving me hundreds of $$$. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much! With regards to the property itself, room was very comfortable, it was big, and is within a 2 minute walking distance to the subway, shopping, and dining all within a stone's throw away. Will definitely stay here again!
