Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms, great sleep. Very convenient location under a 2-3 minute walk to the MTR bus station, one station away from the high speed rail station if you're doing trips up to mainland China, and very close to the harbour. This is our second stay and would recommend to anyone!

Told them in advance special occasion and they said they had given us a better room. Several times staff were quite off hand. At one time went to receipts a girl was talking to her co worker and I asked if she could helped and she rolled her eyes! I lost my purse and was told to by police to ask my concierge to he’ll but he just gave me a map and said to walk to the police station which took me about 45 minutes at 10 pm

Great bed, great pool, great hotel.
The Royal garden was a great experience with a huge comfortable bed in a big room. The rooftop pool was really, really nice and the gym modern and well equipped. The internal atrium lent a feeling of airiness when entering and leaving the room. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and we especially enjoyed the noodle station and the Chinese food on offer. Location very convenient for MTR (TST and Hung Home) and airport bus (A25 there and A21 back)

It’s a very good hotel at a good rate. Its rooms on the top floor are one of the finest with high ceiling at very good rate. You can get the similar room from USD1,000/night hotel.
