The hotel's location is awesome for food, shopping and leisure. Just a short stroll to the beach. The gym is on the smaller scale, but the essentials are there. Cooking classes and activities are held within the resort if you don't feel like doing a tour. Would happily stay here again for our next visit to Krabi!

Fantastic experience at Panan. The resort is really nice and offers a great breakfast buffet. However, the true highlight, as a solo traveling female, was the fact that they acknowledged my birthday and did a cute spread on the bed and then brought me a slice of cake. Talk about going above and beyond! The housekeeping was also wonderful and very attentive.

It was an amazing stay. Love the seaview and sunset view from our room. Definitely will return again, for the hotel location, and breakfast variety. Great staff, very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It was my birthday and they had a huge slice of cake prepared in the room with cute decorations, very thoughful. Location was great, near Ao Nang beach. Watsons and 7 11 was just across the street. Many massage and food options nearby throughout the day till late. Rooms was clean and comfortable, aircon was cold, balcony sofa was nice to lounge on! Rooms was slightly worn in the bathroom, and water takes awhile to heat up but no big deal. Breakfast was quite mediocore. We had an excellent stay at Panan Krabi Resort, would recommend!

Beautiful!
I walked into my room and immediately wished I was staying longer. It was lovely with absolutely stunning views. The staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was endless. The only thing that disappointed me was that the pool and pool bar closed quite early for a major tourist city. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would choose this hotel the next time (and there will be a next time) I visit Krabi.

Amazing stay, but can be better
The stay was good, however, as a gold member of Hotels.com, i do not get to enjoy all "VIP access" eg. early check-in, free room upgrade, late check-out, which was advertised by hotels.com. I only got 2 free drinks and 10% discount on selected restaurant. I asked the receptionist about the perks being a Gold member but she decline. I hope there is some co-ordination between Hotels.com and the hotel itself. If there is no Gold member perks, please remove what was advertised, we can select hotels that truly honored the "VIP Access". Thank you.

One of the bigger, newer & more family friendly hotels inAo Nanga beach area (ie. no drunken backpackers) Beautiful hotel with a great location, just meters of the main road so away from the hustle & bustle but still very walkable. Tons of halal eateries nearby, from cheap eats to more expensive dining. Service was great, lots of halal options at breakfast. Staff are attentive and friendly. They have a nifty mobile app that you install on your phone, using this you can arrange your room cleaning, book tours, view activity time tables etc etc. I found it quite nifty and helpful! Room was clean and spacious, wifi worked great and fast! We stayed for a full week, with 2 nights in a regular room and the rest in the room with whirlpool. Great experience having your own private jacuzzi like whirlpool They have a friendly (and honest) tour booking desk, with the rains she discounted quite a bit and we did the emerald pools/tiger temple tour. The island hopping unfortunately had to be cancelled due to bad weather. A refund was given without hesitation. Definitely going to return here in the less rainy seasons.

Felt safe with the area. Love the different pool areas just wished they were open later. There’s basically an adult section on rooftop and swim up bar but there’s also a kiddie section. Breakfast was alright. Rooms do not have microwave. Fridge was smaller than expected.

The first day we had a premier king room with jacuzzi. The room was nice. However the room was damp and the aircon was nit working well at night. It was hot and sweaty to sleep well as such. Aftet our return from Phi Phi Island, we came back to a standard room which was much more better and spacious. Looks like it is better to book a cheaper room at panan krabi hotel. Overall panan krabi was good, modern and had a wide spread of breakfast. Definitely recommend it!
