I chose this hotel because it was in a more secluded area. I glad I did, it was quite and serene. They offer a free shuttle to the downtown area which is super convenient. The welcoming/reception staff are just great, especially Pond. The restaurant in the hotel offers a varoety of food. The hotel is beachfront, but please note that when it is low tide.

Was a lovely spot to enjoy some relaxing time by the pools, food was great, drinks were nice. Comfy bed, view from our room. Also close to the piers for getting to different islands and tours.

This hotel is beautifully landscaped with flora and fauna It is seated right on the seafront Unfortunately you cannot swim in the sea there but there are pools and plenty of sun lounges The hotel is about 5km from Ao Nang beach with the hotel providing a free shuttle to and fro this area A special mention to the chef at the breakfast egg station for his cheery disposition and welcome in the morning- an important aspect of hospitality Would recommend this hotel as away from noisy Ao Nang and consequently very relaxing

Villa Cha Cha was a beautiful hotel, however I would not stay there again. The service was terrible and almost no one spoke english. Also, there is no service at the pool. The restaurant in the hotel took forever to get anything. This hotel is located about 10 minutes from town which didn't bother us at all.
