We enjoyed a lovely break at Victoria Hotel, Kragero. Staff were great and made us feel welcome. The hotel is located on a beautiful spot right on the front.

Did not like that my room had no fridge and management refused to provide one, instead offering me a more expensive room with fridge or use of hotel’s fridge. Unpleasant discussion! Otherwise, very nice hotel and wonderful location

Victoria Hotel med enestående udsigt
Victoria Hotel er et ældre tidstypisk resort-hotel med en meget fin beliggenhed i Kragerø. Interiør er lidt gammeldags, men dette opvejes af hygge og charme samt en meget venlig service. Vi vil helt klart benytte hotellet igen, når/hvis vi kommer en tur til Kragerø.

Cosy hotel in a picturesque seaside town.
Clean hotel, friendly staff. Picturesque setting. A bit of noise from adjoining rooms but thankfully no loud people. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but was included in stay. We asked for a double bed instead of twin beds and were upgraded to a junior suite at no extra cost. The hotel was cosy.

The hotel is located in the town center, overlooking the bay with an amazing view. There is public parking lot available, very close to the hotel, against a fee. Breakfast was good and diverse. Friendly staff.

Veldig skuffet over rommet
Vi hadde kjøpt junior suite med balkong og havutsikt, men ble "oppgradert" til en stor og lite koselig familieleilighet (grunnet tett sluk i rommet vi hadde bestilt) Leiligheten vi fikk var dårlig møblert og folk gikk forbi utenfor vinduene. Badet var nyoppusset, men hadde ikke fall mot sluk.... Veldig skuffet da vi hadde bestilt lang tid i forveien. Vi kommer ikke til å anbefale dette hotellet. Damen i resepsjonen beklaget da vi sjekket ut, men det var det hele.
