We stood at this hotel for 1 night with my husband and daughter. The hotel was 1 block away from the main square. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very cozy and clean. We will definitely be back next time we visit Krakow.

Hotel Santi was wonderful. Great location and easy to access via the old town and Jewish quarter. The staff was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. We had a room facing the street and therefore could hear people and trams as they went by. It didn't bother us as we live in the city and are used to the noise but if noise bothers you, request a room off the street. It was a beautiful stay in a beautiful city.

Disappointed. Stayed here in 2023 so I thought it would be nice to return to the same hotel even though things like AC aren’t available and parking is a pain. Unfortunately i messed up and made reservations on the incorrect date and noticed it only when I received an email stating I need to check in. Long story short I simply wanted for the hotel to move my date to when I actually would arrive.. hotel staff not helpful .. and would not accommodate… even tried Expedia to assist and got nothing. …so needless to say I am out 2 nights stay but on the plus side I am still going to Krakow but not returning to this hotel ever again .. and I go every year …

Nice boutique hotel just off the main square. Staff is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is fresh and has good variety. Hot breakfasts are cooked to order. Tram line runs in the street outside the front door, which is convenient but noisy. Rooms at the back of the hotel only get a faint rumble. Parking in back courtyard is very convenient and well protected, but very limited. Take care that several surrounding streets are pedestrian-only zones, so navigating to the hotel can be tricky.
